We treat our estate and probate clients with the utmost respect and compassion.
From our client’s perspective, deciding who to give your life assets, and how the beneficiaries receive assets is the cornerstone of estate planning. From the attorney’s perspective, capturing legally required elements in your estate planning documents is equally important. Meeting for an estate plan is a personal and sometimes an emotional consideration for clients. Whether you opt for a Last Will and Testament or a Living Trust, we provide each client with a Healthcare Power of Attorney, a Property Power of Attorney, and if they find it appropriate, a Living Will document. We will discuss each in detail at our appointment.
We also probate estate documents for executors and successor trustees. We work with our clients to complete the required court documents to open an estate. As needed, we can help you understand the debt and asset distribution process, including disposition of Illinois real estate. Upon completion of the estate distribution process and final estate accounting, we will file the proper documents to close the estate.
